Not what we expected

Check-in was easy with a really nice guy at the desk, but the roaches in our room were a big no-no. We had to leave the lights on to feel a bit better, which ruined the sleep vibe. Also, a nice picnic area outside, but the carpets need a serious clean.

The gym needs better upkeep!!! Cleaning policies for long stays could be improved!!! Rooms lacked character, making them feel stark and uninviting!!! Internet access was frustrating at times, which really impacted my stay!!!

We played a round of golf at Eagle's Pointe and enjoyed a fun day at the beach. The staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in easy. The hotel is close to golf courses and has good amenities, perfect for a group vacation.

extended stay was a pleasant experience. check-in was smooth, and the staff were warm and helpful. the queen studio room was spacious, and the ac/heat adjusted quickly. it's also close to shopping centers, which made our trip easier. plus, they really kept things clean by vacuuming regularly.
